Due to the custom and perishable nature of balloon décor and personalized items, all sales are final once production has begun.

 

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not started.

All custom and personalized designs are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Non-Refundable Deposits

All balloon event installations require a non-refundable deposit to secure the event date and begin design preparation.

Quality Concerns
Any concerns must be communicated at the time of pickup or delivery so they can be addressed immediately.
