Do you offer shipping?

No. Due to the nature of balloon designs, all items are available for local pickup or limited local delivery.

 

Do you deliver and install balloon garlands and backdrops?

 

Yes. Installations include local delivery, setup, and styling within our service area.

Deposits & Payments

 

Is a deposit required for installations?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all installation dates and begin design preparation.

Are deposits refundable?

No. Deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of event designs.

Can I customize colors or personalization?

 

Yes. All designs are customized based on your preferences and availability of materials.

 

Is there a limit to personalization text?

 

Yes. Personalization is limited to short phrases for best visual balance.

Balloons & Environment

 

How long do balloons last?

 

Balloon longevity varies based on environment, temperature, and handling. Heat, cold, direct sunlight, wind, and  outdoor use can significantly reduce lifespan.

For select designs, additional techniques such as double-stuffing and other professional methods may be used to enhance durability and appearance. These techniques can help improve balloon longevity and visual quality and are available at an additional cost.

• Latex balloons (air-filled):
  Typically last several days to a week or more indoors when kept in stable conditions. For select designs, enhanced techniques may be available to improve durability and appearance for an additional cost.

• Latex helium balloons (Hi-Float treated):
  Most helium balloons are treated with Hi-Float to extend float time and generally last 2–5 days, with some lasting longer in ideal indoor conditions.

• Jumbo helium balloons:
  When properly treated and kept indoors, jumbo balloons may last several days to a week, depending on size and environment.

• Bubble balloons (clear or printed):
  Bubble balloons are made from durable plastic material and tend to last several days to multiple weeks when kept indoors. When filled with helium, float time may vary; air-filled bubble balloons typically last longer.

 

Can balloons be used outdoors?

Outdoor installations are weather-dependent and subject to heat, wind, and sun exposure.

Due to the custom and perishable nature of balloon décor, all sales are final once production has begun.
